I have exported a few Components from a Windows 2003 Enterprise Server, SP1
and trying to import them into a Windows 2008 Enterprise Server and coming up
with an error "Error Code 80131700". When I look in the App event log it
states "Product: Package 1 -- Error 1928. Error registering COM+ Application.
Contact your support personnel for more information."

A event log message above it states "Windows Installer installed the
product. Product Name: Package 1. Product Version: 128.0.0. Product Language:
1033. Installation success or error status: 1603."

Anybody have any idea why I cannot import COM+ package from Windows 2003 to
Windows 2008? The package was created with .NET 2.0 and that is installed on
the Windows 2008 server.
