Hi David,
Thank you so much. It worked!! Previously I was running Visio as an
administrator but that did not helped.
I had to go into program files, MS Office, right click on Visio and run as
administrator before I can disable the bluetooth COM Add-In.
Now Visio can finally exit with errors. Sometimes Vista's security measures
can really get on my nerves.
