You have landed in the Windows group, so you might want to ask your
question in the Mac group (microsoft.public.mac.office.powerpoint). With
that said, the likely problem is that the content is not in
placeholders. the template generally affects content in placeholders so
if they created their on text boxes, they might have to redo them.
