Is there an easy way to import photos from my HTC3300 to Picasa?

At the moment the only way I can do it is to browse to the images folder on
the HTC (six clicks) and then drag them to My Pictures on the PC. This is a
bit tedious to do regularly.

Picasa does not "see" the HTC on its import function unfortunately.

Ideally I would like to have the same functionality as WMDC in Vista - ie
just plug in the HTC and it immediately recognises new photos, and asks to
import them. Can this be done on ActiveSync?
