When first entering VBA, the first keystroke kicks me back into Ac
We recently upgraded to Microsoft Office 2007 and I'm using Windows XP SP2.
I previously programmed in 2002 for about 4 years so I'm not new to Access - however, I don't know why I'm having the following problem. When I toggle via Alt F11 to VBA and upon the first key stroke I am immediately switched back into Access. When I hit Alt F11 to go back, the key stroke I entered is there, and I can continue on. It has happened on a Return Key or any number of letters. This problem is intermittent and I don't see any pattern. Can anyone help and also, is there a better site to aks this question on as I am new to this site? Thanx |

Do you have a timer active anywhere? If you've got a timer, strange things
can happen when you're keying. -- Doug Steele, Microsoft Access MVP http://I.Am/DougSteele (no private e-mails, please) "Magster" <Magster@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:2D30B891-568B-47E5-9C9C-FD7F9426B79B@microsoft.com... > We recently upgraded to Microsoft Office 2007 and I'm using Windows XP > SP2. > I previously programmed in 2002 for about 4 years so I'm not new to > Access - > however, I don't know why I'm having the following problem. > > When I toggle via Alt F11 to VBA and upon the first key stroke I am > immediately switched back into Access.
