Video Record Access Database In Use
Does anyone know of a good program that I could use to record myself using my
access database to create a training video? Everyone I download and try; the video appears distorted during playback. I need one with video and sound so that I can walk the user through the application. Any advice would be appreciated. |

Re: Video Record Access Database In Use
I have seen demos on line that were created using Camtasio Studio.
They look high quality and the price tag is high too, well over $1000 or was it $2000? JK,
I use BlueBerry Flashback. I find it excellent. http://www.bbsoftware.co.uk/ -- Steve Schapel, Microsoft Access MVP JK wrote: > Does anyone know of a good program that I could use to record myself using my > access database to create a training video? > > Everyone I download and try; the video appears distorted during playback. > > I need one with video and sound so that I can walk the user through the > application. > > Any advice would be appreciated. > > |

Re: Video Record Access Database In Use
Actually Camtasia is US$299. I use it myself for my help files along with
TechSmith's SnagIt. I wouldn't be without either one any more. -- Arvin Meyer, MCP, MVP http://www.datastrat.com http://www.mvps.org/access http://www.accessmvp.com "Jeanette Cunningham" <nnn@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:u$cHvZA$IHA.1184@TK2MSFTNGP04.phx.gbl... >I have seen demos on line that were created using Camtasio Studio. > They look high quality and the price tag is high too, well over $1000 or > was it $2000? > > > Jeanette Cunningham MS Access MVP -- Melbourne Victoria Australia > > "JK" <jasonk at necoffeeco dot com> wrote in message > news:4F46E3E8-23FB-46A5-AC36-BAA763AC75CE@microsoft.com... >> Does anyone know of a good program that I could use to record myself >> using my >> access database to create a training video? >> >> Everyone I download and try; the video appears distorted during playback. >> >> I need one with video and sound so that I can walk the user through the >> application. >> >> Any advice would be appreciated. >> >> > > |

Re: Video Record Access Database In Use
Thanks guys, I'll try each of your suggested options - except Camtasio
Studio. Little out of my price range. I have Snagit, purchased it a while back, but I didn't know it could record video. I'll have to look into that. Thanks!
