Page printing in Access 2007
I am trying (with little success) to fit more information on a ledger (11x17)
size paper so that I don't have 50 pages of information. I can usually accomplish this task fairly easily in Excel by reducing the overall printing percentage. Is this possible in Access 2007 as well? |

Printing the table datasheet directly? If so, don't; instead create a Report. You can set the font to 3 point type and arrange the textboxes and other controls all jammed together, if you really want to try your users' patience! Seriously - with a Report you have total control over the size, spacing and layout of your information. -- John W. Vinson [MVP] |
