Access-Mailing Labels
Novice user - created database table - trying to use Report wizzard to print
mailing labels - get a "there was a problem retrieving printer information for this object. the object may have been setn to a printer that is unavailable." error message. My printer set up is perfect = can't figure out what is going wrong -- JV1080 Julie |

Re: Access-Mailing Labels
Create some simple report from the data in your table. Set the printer setup
the same as you have for your labels. Try printing the report to see if your printer set up is perfect. Re: Access-Mailing Labels
I don't think that has anything to do with your printer. Take a look at the
design of your report; there appears to be something wrong with the design. Re: Access-Mailing Labels
Which version of Access?
Access 2007 has a known bug with trying to 'declare' a specific printer for a report. Re: Access-Mailing Labels
Also make sure that in Access / the report that your default printer isn't
set for the wrong printer (e.g. one that might be gone) "Steve" wrote: > I don't think that has anything to do with your printer.
