Auto Entry
I have 3 tables – Customers – Properties – WorkOrders
Each day we enter any new workorders - this table contains date, property, worknotes, price, status We have certain contracts that need work done every month – this I have put in s Separate table Schedule It has property,week1,week2,week3,week4,price What I want to do now is to open this schedule table at the beginning of the month and make the entries for the next 4 weeks I thought perhaps the best way would be to load a form and open each schedule (at the moment there are 19) and make the entries in the workorders table but was wondering if there is a more efficient way Suggestions appreciated |
