windows installer
after having loaded an internet clean up prograham called regcure pc
optimizer by paretologic, when i try to open my excell a windows installer error ocuurs sku1ca.cab as not being able to be found and directs me to insert windows 2003 on my oem installed dell computer. any help suggestions besides contacting regcure, who i really can not point to as the for sure cause????????? please respond to my e-mail address url:http://www.ureader.com/gp/1027-1.aspx
