How to open 2 excel workbooks

I am trying to transfer a sheet from one workbook to another. When I open
the 2 one (workbook) disappears, is there a way to keep both open?

thanks

Re: How to open 2 excel workbooks

If you have 2 workbooks open, only one would have window focus and the
other not. If you right click on the sheet you want to copy, select
the "Move or Copy" option, and look at the workbooks available in the
"To Book" dropdown list, you should be able to find the other workbook
listed if it's open.

Hope that helps

If you click on Window | Arrange | Horizontal you will then see both
windows on screen, one above the other.

Hope this helps.
