Temporarily disable hyperlinks

I have a spreadsheet with a list of hyperlinks to other documents. Is
it possible to disable these temporarily? I have am trying to copy the
hyperlinks to a table but I keep accidentally triggering them. Ideally
I would like to temporarily disable the hyperlinks until I have
finished edtiting my document and then re-enable the hyperlinks when I
have finished.

Any suggestions?

Harry
