If you read Excel help on specifications you will find that a cell can hold 32767 characters but only about 1000 will be visible or can be printed. You can increase this limit by adding linefeeds every 80-100 characters by Alt + ENTER but there still is some limit to the amount of text that will show or be printed. In answer to your original question, No, you cannot wrap text in a cell across pages. If you were to merge some cells, a page-break can occur in the middle of the merged cells but merging cells won't get you any more text than a single cell.
