IE7 has encountered a problem & must shut down
Hi,
I have had IE7 for several months and have never had a problem with it. About 3 weeks ago I started experiencing when I click on to open a new tab or in my e-mails when I go to open a window that internet explorer has encountered a problem and must shut down and when I click don't send or send report it then closes and take me back to my desktop. I have search microsoft for suggestions & google for suggestions, I have un-installed and re-installed IE7 a few times. Last night I disabled all my add ons which aren't much and enabled one at a time and I noticed on a toolbar from OptionsXpress I get the message. I have had this tool bar for a few months and my sister has the toolbar and IE7 and she has not experienced this problem. I have installed and uninstalled the tool bar a few times as well. I really want to keep the toolbar if possible. I have downloaded FireFox but when I went to download the toolbar it doesn't work it only works with IE5.0 or above. I also have norton 360 but disabled their toolbar and never had a problem. the few add ons I need are adobe & Java so I keep those enabled and disabled anything that have been put on. I have done a scan disk, ran my adware, scanned with norton I don;t know what else to do. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks |
