Re: INTERNET EXPLORER 7 CORRUPTION QUESTION!
A friend has been using the Guest account on my Windows Xp machine. He
managed to download something that kept giving a Dr. Watson error each time he tried to launch IE 7 and would shut it down straight away. This I fixed but then every time you launch ie in the Guest account as soon as you started to input text in the address bar ie would close down immediate, now just giving the standard Microsoft error message. This I have also fixed by resetting IE. Now the final error I cannot fix is this "An exception occurred while trying to "C:\Windows\system32\inetcpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByPr ocess 4351 444 179". I get this message when I try and delete the browsing history. Any help greatly appreciated. This issue is only effecting IE 7 in the Guest User account, my personal account is fine. |

For quite a few people it's by installing programs like Messenger Plus, whose ads for malware don't identify the malware as such and try to convince you that you owe it to the author.
