IE 7 slow mouse on ssome web sites

I have IE 7.0.6000.16609 on Vista Home Premium. Since that last update from
Microsoft, on ceratin (not all) web sites (Investor Village is an example),
the mouse is slow to react. As an example, it is reacting normally on this
site.

I uninstalled Adobe Flash and it did not help. It is not slow outside of
IE. Any solutions?
