IE7 security and Vista

I have Vista Home premium. I keep getting a message from Internet Explorer
Security that - a website wants to open web content using this program on
your computer relating to Adobe Flash Player. The message keeps repeating
whether I press install or do not install.

Can anyone help fix this?

Accept the prompt and download Flash if you do not have it currently installed.

I close the site and make a note not to go back.
