A bank's website doesnt open

Reproduce the error:
Go to:
http://www.standardchartered.com/in/
and click "Login to Internet Banking" on the right. The page works fine in
previous version of IE.

My system info: WINDOWS VISA

Re: A bank's website doesnt open

That sucks, When i click the link, the page trys to load and in few seconds
got a message stating "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". First I
thought probably the site is down, but it works in firefox or Windows XP IE 7.

I hope you would have tried on a Vista Image?

Re: A bank's website doesnt open

Try the KB articles I cited in my first reply.

You may need to adjust your MTU settings. Start here:
http://www.dslreports.com/tweaks; then run DrTCP, if recommended.

Raj,

I use Vista Ultimate x86 and I don't have any problem going to the
login page. However, as Mr. Dyer stated, it takes about fifteen seconds for
the page to fully load.
I don't think it has anything to do with your problem but I did notice
this on the login page:

We are currently upgrading our new Internet Banking Site. In order to enjoy
uninterrupted access to Net Banking we would request you to login by
entering your old 16 digit User id and the 6 digit password in the fields
given below.
