Invalid publisher

I can't download any software including Microsoft updates. I made the
suggested changes to the Security options to allow running a program even
though certificate is unverified. Nothing.

I am surprised the entire IE team has chosen to ignore this really annoying
issue and is working on releasing IE 8.

Not even Microsoft Tech support could help when I called them. This is an
outrage.
