I am using IE 7 web access to send and receive my work email from home. I
just updated my computer and I can log on to my work account and read my mail
using IE 7, however, I am not able to enter any text to new email or any text
to replying email. I believe there are no message styles available to use.
There is a list of message styles to use but they are not available and I am
unable to enter any text.
Could anyone please help me with this problem, I was able to enter text on
my old computer.

Hi,
It's a server issue. There's nothing that can be done on your end. The
Exchange Server you're accessing needs to be updated by the administrator.

Thank you, I can now enter text in a new message and in a reply message; the
problem now is IE closes ( crashes ) when I click to send the message. IE
restarts and the message does not get sent? Like I said that fixed one
problem but gave me a new one. I tried re-insalling the S/MIME control with
no change.

Unless the Exchange server doesn't have the Hotfix cited in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/911829 installed, the remaining issue might
be caused by one or more Add-ons.

Windows version of your machine, please?
