IE7 tabbed browsing doesn't work
I have all the IE7 updates and all of tabbed browsing things turned on to
allow the mouse wheel button to open a link in a new tab, but when i click the button, it blocks it like a pop-up. Also when I right click and choose open link in new tab, it instead opens it in a new window. also the top bar of the new window is in the windows classic view instead of the XP theme, and it's missing the close, minimize, and maximize buttons.
