enabling cookies

Vista Ultimate , IE7 ...

Amazon.com keeps on telling me that I need to enable cookies.

However, I have medium-high security and medium privacy so I don't see what
the problem is ...

( What exactly does this do : "Always allow session cookies" in Privacy >
Advanced ? )

A "session cookie" is a cookie that remains on your hard drive until the
current browsing session ends. In other words: When you close the
browser the cookie is erased.

Re: enabling cookies

In IE, go to tools > privacy > sites > in the "address of website" box, type
in www.amazon.com and click on "allow", then OK and that should do it.
