Internet Explorer 7 & Vista
Hello! I have vista which comes with IE7. I have an application program
that I need to run for work which can only work with IE6, so what can I do to get this to work? Because I can't uninstall IE7 according to the support I have read and the program I need for work will not run on another browser for now. Also I called support and she told me to call Toshiba or pay microsoft support because I couldn't get IE7 to show up on my Programs and Features list. Wouldn't you think she would know that it can not be uninstalled if I am reading everything correctly? Thanks in advance for your suggestion |

When dealing with support (I assume Microsoft Support) you will rarely, if ever, talk to someone who has any technical knowledge when the call is answered, the staff are only there to take your details and to direct your call to the most appropriate department. What application is that will only work with IE6? -- Dan |
