It would be really nice to be able to right-click on a tab and instruct IE to
open this tab in its own window.

Furthermore, it would be nice to have an option to close the tab once the
window is successfully launched.

Finally, it would be nice if that auto-close-tab-on-window-launch were
configurable so the default answer could be set by user preference.
