Hi,
Recently IE7 has stopped downloading attachments sent to me.
I have been able to download them in the past but no longer.

This also occurs in FF 3.0.1
The extension is often on .htm.

Your security software is most likely preventing you from downloading
..htm (and similar) attachments, which are a common vector for malware.
