Make sure your security software like superantispyware/Spybot S&D or
spysweeper, Lavasoft...etc not running in Real time protection mode and
protecting the chmage for Home page and search engine which been set as
default on first installation of IE.

'sticking'. Replacing the default search provider is an activity that
malware likes to do. Check your security software settings.
