Re: Blocked websites

I am having this same problem. Too many pages are being blocked on Windows
Vista and it won't even let me play with the settings. I just get a message
that I don't have permission to change the settings or to see my internet
provider. Today, it blocked the licensing agreement when I was trying to
download Adobe 8.1. It looked like it installed but then gave me a message
that I did not accept the licensing agreement. When I tried to reinstall, it
was clear that when you click on install, you are automatically accepting the
licensing agreement so something in Vista must be blocking the licensing
agreement. Please assist.
