He only has Defender and Norton's, he didn't say he had any real security
tools to start with. :-D Couldn't help it, sorry. Even so, the parent's reply is completely correct. I'd also try AVG Antispyware. I can vouch for Spybot and AdAware, not the other. I can say that AVG generally gets more stuff out these days than Spybot and Adaware. One thing you might do is tell us what you mean by 'hijacked'.
