every once in a while various dervertising agencies open tabs while i am
navagating. this is very annoying how can i stop it from happening?

It's set on high, these are not realy pop-ups but new tabs that open to
comercial websites on their own. maybe i have a spyware working in he
background. how do i get rid of it? email royce.askren@att.net.

Remove the adware on your computer.
