Strange character appear instead of web page
For some reason when I go to a couple oif different websites I get a page
full of strange characters to appear instead of the page itself. It looks sort of like this: sdfkhsofnsflknsf)w9eaq9u9U*sQW@EOmCO(WQUEojd9wqruq ojdpq$#O)38u3Q4OQUsdfkhsofnsflknsf)w9eaq9u9U*sQW@E OmCO(WQUEojd9wqruqojdpq$#O)38u3Q4OQUsdfkhsofnsflkn sf)w9eaq9u9U*sQW@EOmCO(WQUEojd9wqruqojdpq$#O)38u3Q 4OQU If I clear out my cache, temp files, etc... for ie7 the sites begin to work again. Obviously I shouldn't have to do this just to get to a couple sites. Does anyone have any suggestions?

TIF = Temporary Internet Files
How large is it set to? It shouldn't be greater than 50 - 100 MB. It was set to 1024 so I brought it back down to 50 mb.
