Stop Flash Advertising

WinXP pro SP2, IE7, Flash player 9.0.115.0

How could i stop advertising(s) launched by flash player from playing
repeatedly (Looping) without uninstall flash player?

I suggest installing an ad blocker to better manage Flash animations.
