Flash site accessibilty issues in IE

Hi all

When going to my site in IE I get the following message.
Do you want to save this file, or find a program online to open it?
I must admit the same problem occurs with Firefox as well, and the site is
designed around Flash v8.
What can be causing this?
your help much appreciated.

Re: Flash site accessibilty issues in IE

Windows XP Pro + SP2 including IE v7
I think this is related to folder permission on the linux webserver where i
have the flash site running, but was hoping for someone to have come across
this issue and point me in the right direction.

Re: Flash site accessibilty issues in IE

Try uninstalling / reinstalling Flash Player. Use the uninstaller at
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowled...fm?id=tn_14157
Flash player download:
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
If there are still problems see

Download SubInACL from Microsoft to fix permission issues that prevent the
Flash Player Installation.
