Links showing in Status Bar
I am not always seeing the links displayed in the status bar when the mouse
is over the link. What am I missing? On the Microsoft site, as well as, flickr.com and within gmail among many others, I see some of the links and others do not show up at all, I need to display properties to see the link. Again, I have the status bar displayed, but why am I not seeing all the links displayed in the status bar? Thanks, |

Because the site doesn't want you to know that? Post a URL if you want help analysing a specific example. > > Thanks, |

Re: Links showing in Status Bar
I'm a different person from the one who first asked the question about URLs
not showing in the status bar. I'm having the same problem. I am using a new computer with IE 6.0 and Windows XP. I never had this problem on my old computer, which also had IE 6.0 and Windows XP. The problem is on all pages -- even sites like the New York Times and microsoft.com. The weird thing is that while a page is loading, I can see the URLs in the status bar when I hover over a link on the page, but one the page is fully loaded the URLs can't be seen. -- Nell "PA Bear" wrote: > What links on what pages?
