Re: Display links bar?
If the "command bar" is at bottom of page, I did unlock the links bar there.
It then displays the first few links then >>. When I click on >> it opens the links on right side of browser. I don't know how to move the links to top of page and display them on a bar. Thanks for help. -- fawncreekgolfer "Frank Saunders, MS-MVP OE/WM" wrote: > "JOHNCHART" <JOHNCHART@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:CA970C57-BB91-4660-B438-FC6AD4BDEB0A@microsoft.com... > >I have Qwest MSN Premium with IE7 & Vista. Re: Display links bar?
The Command Bar has the Home icon, the RSS Feeds icon, etc.

Re: Display links bar?
I went to my IE7 browser. It has the "Home" and "RSS" icons. When I right
click it does exactly as you said. However, my MSN Premium browser (Butterfly in upper left hand corner) has no Home or RSS icon & I cannot activate the Links bar. I understand MNS Premium is supposed to be a "fancy" version of IE7 but they are not exactly the same. What to do? -- fawncreekgolfer "Frank Saunders, MS-MVP OE/WM" wrote: > The Command Bar has the Home icon, the RSS Feeds icon, etc. > > "JOHNCHART" <JOHNCHART@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:A7FEE5EA-8C3C-4F53-83A1-1B3F89F2FDD1@microsoft.com... > > If the "command bar" is at bottom of page, I did unlock the links bar > > there. > > It then displays the first few links then >>. MSN Explorer is not a "fancy" version of IE7. MSN Explorer (brower) Favorites and IE7 Favorites aren't the same thing. Tip: Use IE7 instead. I think you'll find your MSN software doesn't play nice with Vista. -- ~Robear Dyer (PA Bear) MS MVP-Windows (IE, OE, Security, Shell/User) AumHa VSOP & Admin http://aumha.net DTS-L http://dts-l.net/ JOHNCHART wrote: > I went to my IE7 browser. Re: Display links bar?
MSn Ex latest version 9.5 does not provide RSS feeds.
While it can be installed in Vista(ymmv), IE7 is necessary for RSS content. -- ...winston ms-mvp windows live mail "PA Bear" <PABearMVP@gmail.com> wrote in message news:##s4XXmSIHA.4752@TK2MSFTNGP05.phx.gbl... Or WLMail? ; ) I'm not clear if IE7 is required for WLMail to use RSS? The implementations seem quite close but this page just says XPsp2 is required but doesn't mention that feature. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...playlang=en&tm I wonder if anyone has tried making RSS feeds work in WLMail without having IE7 installed? <eg> --- |
