Printing from Outlook Express

I am unable to print any e-mails from Outlook Express. Both my printers work
for any other application on my computer. I have cleaned my computer of
spyware as recommmended by my ISP provider, but it has not helped. I am
running mcAfee Security Centre 2008, but this problem was present before this
was installed.

Re: Printing From Outlook Express

Have you chosen your designated printer in OE and set your Printing
Preferences?

Re: Printing from Outlook Express

Windows version? IE version? What happens when you try to print an OE
message? When did the problem start?

If you can print from IE, but you receive the error message:

Line: 1344
Char: 1
Error: Unspecified error
Code: 0
URL: res//C:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

when trying to print from OE, go to Start | Run and type

regsvr32 ole32.dll

Re: Printing from Outlook Express

[Who knew you were getting any error message, let alone that one?]
