Re: A binder for collating word, excell, pub docs then print toget
hi folks,
i loved binder, and miss it sorely. i did find a work around. my main use of binder was to send docs to be signed in one file. i now just print *.pdf's and then merge them with a utility. works well, even with the extra step of saving everything as a pdf image. hope that helps! butter "Bob Buckland ?:-)" wrote: > Hi Simon, > > The MS Office Binder was, unfortunately, discontinued by Microsoft after Office 2000. Depending on your choice of pdf software you may not have to do another
process to combine the files. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] ~~~~~ How to ask a question http://support.microsoft.com/KB/555375 "www.SaltCityHomes.com" <wwwSaltCityHomescom@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:720212FC-EEFF-414C-8DCA-D02B786BCB6D@microsoft.com... > hi folks, > > i loved binder, and miss it sorely. i did find a work around. > > my main use of binder was to send docs to be signed in one file. i now > just > print *.pdf's and then merge them with a utility. works well, even with > the > extra step of saving everything as a pdf image. > > hope that helps! > > butter > > "Bob Buckland ?:-)" wrote: > >> Hi Simon, >> >> The MS Office Binder was, unfortunately, discontinued by Microsoft after >> Office 2000. You could also use ZIP files to combine them.

Re: A binder for collating word, excell, pub docs then print toget
zip files are messy tho. they leave a footprint on your machine: the zip
file, the unzip folder. if i need 8 documents signed, and i zip them, or even just email them, i always get some back unsigned. thx! butter "mezzodiva" wrote: > You could also use ZIP files to combine them. > > -- > mezzodiva > > Please reply to the group, so all may benefit. > > "www.SaltCityHomes.com" <wwwSaltCityHomescom@discussions.microsoft.com> > wrote in message news:720212FC-EEFF-414C-8DCA-D02B786BCB6D@microsoft.com... > > hi folks, > > > > i loved binder, and miss it sorely. i did find a work around. > > > > my main use of binder was to send docs to be signed in one file. i now > > just > > print *.pdf's and then merge them with a utility. works well, even with > > the > > extra step of saving everything as a pdf image. > > > > hope that helps! > > > > butter > > > > "Bob Buckland ?:-)" wrote: > > > >> Hi Simon, > >> > >> The MS Office Binder was, unfortunately, discontinued by Microsoft after > >> Office 2000. Re: A binder for collating word, excell, pub docs then print toget
I use Acrobat at home. I can select multiple files to convert and combine in
one step. I use PrimoPDF at work. The latest version of PrimoPDF allows you to append a file to an existing .pdf file. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] ~~~~~ How to ask a question http://support.microsoft.com/KB/555375 "www.SaltCityHomes.com" <wwwSaltCityHomescom@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:3AE0436F-BFD2-4BDA-945F-A31C05BD7788@microsoft.com... > wow. explain. > > thx! > > butter > > "JoAnn Paules" wrote: > >> Depending on your choice of pdf software you may not have to do another >> process to combine the files. >> >> -- >> JoAnn Paules >> MVP Microsoft [Publisher] >> >> ~~~~~ >> How to ask a question >> http://support.microsoft.com/KB/555375 >> >> >> "www.SaltCityHomes.com" <wwwSaltCityHomescom@discussions.microsoft.com> >> wrote in message >> news:720212FC-EEFF-414C-8DCA-D02B786BCB6D@microsoft.com... >> > hi folks, >> > >> > i loved binder, and miss it sorely. i did find a work around. >> > >> > my main use of binder was to send docs to be signed in one file. i now >> > just >> > print *.pdf's and then merge them with a utility. works well, even >> > with >> > the >> > extra step of saving everything as a pdf image. >> > >> > hope that helps! >> > >> > butter >> > >> > "Bob Buckland ?:-)" wrote: >> > >> >> Hi Simon, >> >> >> >> The MS Office Binder was, unfortunately, discontinued by Microsoft >> >> after >> >> Office 2000.
