Can documents and/or spreadsheets created in Office 2007 be read and/or
modified in Office 2003. All of the PCs in our office have Office 2003 but
our Manager has Office 2007 on her new PC.

If the 2003 systems have the compatibility pack installed. Your manager
should make she that she saves her files in the older format tho to insure
that everyone can read her files without having to download anything.
