Export/Import Outlook 2003 to 2007

I have this problem every time a new version is released.

I have my 'old' xp with Outlook 2003 on disk D:

I have my spanking new Vista 64 with office 2007 on C:

I want to import all the info from the 'old' xp INTO the new Outlook 2007

Kan this be dun with the Import/Export wizard? If so How?

Microsoft help gives me realms and realms and realms of useless info.

The wizard itself seems dedicated to other persons and completely avoids
solving my problems.

Is it me or is it Microsoft?

Garry

Re: Export/Import Outlook 2003 to 2007

The method of restoring / transfering is posted daily, often several times.
It has not been changed since the first version of outlook
Niether Import or Export is reccommended to deal with native outlook data

http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/backupandrestore.htm
http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.asp
http://www.slipstick.com/config/movepst.htm
http://www.slipstick.com/config/defaultpst.htm
Be aware there may be permissions issues in Vista if you choose to locate
the 'old' pst in its usuall default location, NB Do not overwrite any
existing pst
