re-downloading Office 2007

I upgraded to office professional 2007 in april 07, using download version.
This was fine until my computer crashed this week and i lost everything!..i
have gone to re-download my office package only to keep being told that my
product key is invalid!...it isnt i have it on email and the invoice...not
sure what to do now?..i have followed all the help and support pages on the
site and have tried to contact microsoft but as yet have been
unsuccessful...anyone have any help they can offer???....in the middle of my
final uni dissertation and am desperate!! HELP!

Where are you trying to type in the product key? It gets typed in when you
install the software, and then you have to activate the software (using
either the online method or the telephone option). If you're trying to type
in your product key for the activation, that's the problem. And if that's
the case, use the telephone activation option, and the person will give you
an activation code to type in while you're on the phone with them.
