Help files

Hello All

Now that I've got my Office 2000 up and running on my Vista computer, I am
unable to get the help files to run on Word and Excel?

Whether I use office assistant or not, nothing comes up when I click on help
or the office assistant's answers. The setup shows the help files ARE
installed.
