When i use Explore to open a Word 2003 file, Word starts to come up and
hangs. I then bring up Outlook 2003 and minimize. Then i go back to Explore
and double click on the Word file and it now opens. If I close Outlook, and
try to double click on the Word file, again the Word program starts up and
then hangs.
Any assistance will be appreciated...Strange problem...

Some additional information. If i open Word or Outlook and minimize, and
then double click on a Word file in Explore, the file comes up correctly. If
i close Word or Outlook and then double clck on a Word file in Explore, Word
starts to come up and then hangs. Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you.
