Printing Problem

I am trying to print from Word on a 6x9 card. Every time a try to print the
file it prints as if it is printing on 8.5x11 paper. Its all screwed up. I
talked to the printer people and they determined it was a word problem. Also
it prints fine from MS Excel.

Re: Printing Problem

Is this an HP printer? If so, try going into Printing Preferences on the
Printer in Printers and Faxes, then on the Advanced tab or Button,
"Disable" the "Advanced Printing Features". This option can sometimes
cause grief with certain commands from Word.
