Save-As PDF Brings up Save-As Dialog

Hello,

I have installed the Save-As PDF add-on for Office 2007 and when I click on
Save-As, PDF, it brings up the standard Save-As dialog box and I have to go
say Type=PDF and save it that way.

Is there anyway to customize it when you click Save-As, PDF, it
automatically brings up the file type PDF?

Thanks, Charlie

Re: Save-As PDF Brings up Save-As Dialog

I added the PDF XPS option to my Quick Access Toolbar.

Re: Save-As PDF Brings up Save-As Dialog

I tried that too and it still pulled up the standard Save-As dialog box when
I clicked it, requiring me to change the type to PDF and then give it a file
name, etc ... does it automatically go to PDF for you when you do that?

Re: Save-As PDF Brings up Save-As Dialog

Instead of clicking on Save As, hover your mouse over it and then Right
Click on PDF to Add that to your Quick Access bar. Then PDF will
automatically be the Save As Type and you will need to name and click
Publish to complete the process.
