Activation after changing Windows version

I am going to buy a DELL PC, which comes with both Vista and XP. XP will be
setup at the time being as hardware compatibility issue. Eventually Vista
will be used. In case I setup and activate a copy of Office 2007 OEM on XP,
can I re-activate it again after clean setup Vista? Both Office 2007 OEM,
XP-downgrade and Vista are DELL OEM.-
