Hi !

This issue is with office 2007 and some times internet explorer 7 as
well
if u have mouse suite software installed on your computer, just go to
add/remove programs in contro panel and uninstall that software

that solved my problem

I replaced my mouse with an optical mouse and it works fine. I initially
had an older IBM mouse and replaced it with an HP optical mouse. Hope
this helps.
