One Note 2007 not accepting direct pen writing

Greetings,
I am using Vista Business on a Toshiba Protege M4 Tablet PC. When I had
Office 2003 installed with Windows XP Tablet edition, I could write my notes
directly on the screen. Now with One Note 2007 on Vista Business, I can't.
Is there something that I am missing?
