Office 2007 Trial (effect on Office XP)
I want to try Outlook 2007 on my laptop. The only way I seem to be able to
do that is to download the entire Office 2007 trial. I really only want to try out Outlook and I am afraid that downloading the other applications will have some kind of negative effect on my Office XP apps. Will downloading 2007 adversely affect my Office XP stuff in any way? I really want to try this product, but not at the risk of screwing up my existing applications/files. Basically, I'm looking to eventually use Outlook 2007 on my current XP system, with continued use of the other Office XP apps. Any advice would be appreciated. |

Re: Office 2007 Trial (effect on Office XP)
You can only have one version of Outlook installed at one time, so you won't
be able to try Outlook 2007 without affecting Outlook 2002. Downloading won't affect the other applications; it installing. You can choose to only install Outlook by doing a custom installation. -- mezzodiva Please reply to the group, so all may benefit.
