Can't open Money

It tells me password is wrong (but the password works for other passport
sites including online version of portfolio manager), or that if password is
right, server may be down. But it's been this way for 9 hours, so I'm
doubting it is a server issue.

The same thing has happened to me. Although my backup file that existed on
my hard drive is now GONE! Microsoft LIVE doesn't recognize my hotmail
account that I've had since 1998, and I am totally without files. WHAT is
going on?

Re: Can't open Money

I am using MSMoney 2007 Deluxe. I've created a new LIVE.COM ID and that
doesn't work either. I have 15 years history that appears to be LOST with no
back-up file.
