RE-activation of boxed Money Plus 2008

Hi:

I am to buy Money+ 2008, but I am not sure about the following:

If I install MS Money Plus 2008 using a retail boxed CD, then how do I

REactivate if I end up having to reinstall my system ?

Is there a limit to how many times I can REactivate, since I find myself redoing
my system almost every year ?

Please advise.
