Yes, as long as you keep your install file and registration code. There is an extra-cost feature that will allow you to download the install file for an extended time. You might want that. Will you keep a copy of the file you download? Will you keep the product s/n
you are issued? Will you be doing this reinstall within some unknown number of years, but probably less than five or six? If YES to all, the answer should be yes. But only time can tell. Microsoft may change their mind...
